Why oats?

Oats are a superfood. They are rich in B-vitamins, Magnesium, Iron, Phosphate, and Zinc, as well as all the essential amino acids that we need. Oats contain a high amount of ß-glucans, which are a long water-soluble fibre that help to regulate blood sugar levels. Based on clinical trials, daily consumption of 3 grams of ß-glucans has been proven to reduce blood cholesterol. Oats also contain lots of fibre, which is a key component of maintaining a healthy gut.
